Welcome to JustFabulous! This Web site located at www.justfab.com (this "Site) is owned and operated by JustFabulous, LLC ("Company"). By using this Site, you accept the following terms and conditions ("Terms") so please read the Terms carefully. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from this Site. The Company reserves the right in its discretion to revise the Terms from time to time so please check them periodically. If you do not agree with these Terms, please immediately discontinue use of this Site.

PROGRAM
JustFabulous is a monthly membership program that grants you access to style experts and the latest shoe and handbags trends. To become a member, simply take our Fashion Personality Quiz. Our JustFabulous style experts will determine which shoes and handbags best match your personality and style. Next, you must register and create a member account through this Site ("Account"). After you have successfully created an Account, you will have the option to select your favorite item(s) from the 'My Boutique' section of your Account ("Boutique"). There is no registration fee.

As a registered member, our experts will send you a customized selection of 6 items on the 1st of every month. You will also receive emails, newsletters and other updates to maximize your shopping experience. Depending on your mood, you will have the following options each month:

1. 'Send Me Styles.' Select an item by the 5th day of the month and we will ship it to you for free. If you choose to purchase more than one item, you may do so a price of $39.95 each.

2. 'Send Me New Options'. If you are not satisfied with your selections, you may select the 'Send Me New Options' button by the 5th day of the month and our experts will send you a new selection of 6 shoes and/or handbags within 3-5 business days ("New Selection").

3. 'Skip This Month'. There is no obligation to select buy an item each month. Should you decide not to select an item for any given month, simply select the 'Skip This Month' option by the 5th day of the month and you will not be charged that month. If you do not make a selection or select the 'Skip This Month' option by the 5th day of the month, you will be charged $39.95, which becomes 1 JustFab credit. Even if you have decided to 'Skip This Month', you may return to your Boutique at any time thereafter to make a selection.

Once you make your first purchase, your status is automatically upgraded to VIP member. Now you will be required to take action by the 6th of each month. You may either opt to skip the month or request new selections. If you don't take ANY action by the 5th of the month, your credit card will be charged $39.95 on the 6th day of the month. This becomes 1 JustFab credit that can be redeemed at a future time. This price includes one fabulous item, our style experts' efforts in choosing items for you and free shipping.

You may cancel your Account at any time. If you wish to cancel your Account, simply call our Fashion Consultants at 1-866-337-0906 Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. PST. There is no additional cancellation fee.

CREDITS
If you do not make a selection or select the Skip This Month option by the 5th of the month, AND you're a VIP member, you will be charged $39.95 on the 6th of the month. This becomes 1 JustFab credit that can be redeemed for 1 item in any future month. You can receive a maximum of 5 credits. Once you receive the maximum number of credits, you will not be charged until you redeem at least 1 credit. If you have multiple credits, you may redeem them together or separately, in a single month or gradually over time. Each credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed for an item selection. Unused credits become void upon cancellation of an Account for any reason.

You can also build credit by returning an order for a credit. The 'maximum of 5' credits restriction listed above does not apply to credits earned through returns.

SHIPPING
All orders shipped to destinations within the continental United States are shipped free of charge via FedEx SmartPost. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. Risk of loss and title for items purchased on this Site shall pass upon delivery to the carrier.

As soon as your order ships, we will email you your FedEx tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment. You will also find your order details and tracking information in the 'My Order History' section in your Boutique.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you can exchange an item for another item, or return it for a credit or refund. We only accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the original date of shipment for items that are in new, unused and resalable condition. Any exchange or return should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Due to our fabulous pricing, we are required to charge a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned for a refund. Items exchanged for another item or returned for a credit are not charged a restocking fee.

To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Call our Fashion Consultants by dialing our toll free number at 1-866-337-0906 and request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This allows us to process your return.
• Our Fashion Consultants will email you our pre-paid return shipping label.
• Send the item back in the original, undamaged box and packaging.
• Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to your shipment and drop it off at any FedEx Kinko's location.

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE
In consideration of your use of this Site, you agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself when creating an Account, and update your Account from time to time to keep it accurate. If you provide, or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Company has the right to suspend and refuse any and all current or future access by you to this Site or any portion thereof.

Shipping & Returns Made Easy
JustFabulous strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for our customers. That's why shipping, returns and exchanges are a cinch.

Shipping
All orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge via FedEx . Shipping usually takes 4-7 business days for delivery. Currently we do not ship offer international shipping.

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment on FedEx's Web site. You will also find your order details and tracking information in the My Order History section in your Boutique.

Returns & Exchanges
We know you'll love your JustFabulous items, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can exchange it for another item or return it FREE of charge for a JustFab credit. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Items must be in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact. Due to our fabulous pricing, we are required to charge a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned for a refund.* Items exchanged for another or returned for a JustFab credit are not charged a restocking fee.

All merchandise must meet these guidelines:

• We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. If you are thinking about returning a pair of shoes, we recommend trying them on in a carpeted area for a limited time.
• Your return package should contain the undamaged box and original packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.
• Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of shipment date.

Shipping Your Return/Exchanges
Exchanges/Returns* are at no cost to you. To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Call our Fashion Consultants by dialing our toll free number at 1-866-337-0906 to request an RMA number that will allows us to process your return.
• Our Fashion Consultants will email you our pre-paid return shipping label.
• Repack the items with all of their required articles in their box and place in a protective box.
• Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to your shipment and drop it off at any FedEx Kinko' location.

* We are required to charge a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned for a refund. Items exchanged for another or returned for a JustFab credit are not charged a restocking fee.
