Bag is big on the inside. The pockets on the front are super useful. Only downfall is the handles pinch your forearm if they slide. Also leave red marks when carried on forearm for a while.

bag width (opening) is slightly smaller than I'd hoped
handles could be slightly larger to use on shoulder although shoulder strap is included but it changes the look

The bag is a great size, will hold lots of stuff! The pocket on the outside is the perfect size for a cell phone, the bamboo handles are so cute, and it even has a Shoulder Strap, which I didn't see in the pictures or the description!! I Love It!
