When you're finished taking the Fashion Personality Quiz, you will be asked to complete your registration. This requires entering additional personal data, including shipping and billing information. Once you've registered with JustFabulous, our style experts will review your quiz responses and begin handpicking selections for you. There is no registration fee and your credit card will not be charged until AFTER you make your first purchase.
Once your registration is finalized, you become a registered member. Our group of fashion gurus will compile selections for your boutique each month. They choose 6 styles (6 shoes, 6 handbags or 6 of each) that are both on-trend and will complement your existing wardrobe. These selections are chosen and sent to you free of charge.
On the 1st of each month, you'll receive an email inviting you to log in and visit your personal boutique. Your boutique includes new shoes and handbag selections handpicked just for you by our style team. You can buy as many items as you want for $39.95 each. If you aren't satisfied with your current selections or are looking for something specific, click Send Me New Options, and the stylists will send 6 new styles for you to choose from based on your feedback. If you aren't able to make a purchase this month, click Skip This Month. You won't be charged and we'll send you new options next month. Shipping is free and returns and exchanges are easy.
You become a VIP member only after you make your first JustFab purchase.
Once you become a VIP member of JustFabulous, you are entitled to exclusive perks including receiving your selections 24 hours before registered members, priority alternative product selections and newsletter updates. Since your upgraded status offers you these additional benefits, help us continue to provide you with the highest quality customer service by keeping our style experts in the loop with your decisions each month. You can make a purchase or request new selection options from any or all of your boutiques or opt to Skip This Month. Regardless of your decision, please indicate how you'd like to proceed by the 5th of the month. If you don't take any action, your account will automatically be charged $39.95 on the 6th of the month. This becomes 1 JustFab credit that can be redeemed at any time.
If you are a VIP member and do not make a selection or select the Skip This Month option by the 5th of the month, you will be charged $39.95 and receive 1 JustFab credit. This credit can be redeemed for 1 JustFab item in the future. You can accumulate up to 5 credits that can be redeemed in a single month or gradually over time. Once you accumulate 5 credits, you will not be charged again on a monthly basis until you redeem a credit.

You may cancel your JustFabulous VIP membership at any time. If you would like to continue receiving selections, you have the option to skip any month without being charged. Just choose the Skip This Month option in your boutique between the 1st and 5th of the month. If you still wish to cancel, then call our Fashion Consultants at 1-800-337-0906 Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. If you are new to JustFabulous and have not purchased an item yet, you do not need to cancel your membership. You only become a VIP Member once you make your first purchase. There is no cancellation fee.
