How do I sign up to be a VIP member?
Easy! Shop the site, add items to your cart, and select the membership program when you check out! It's as simple as entering your email, zip code and creating a password, and then completing your first order as a VIP!
Do I have to place an order every month with my VIP membership?
Nope! You never have to make a purchase unless you fall in love with one (or many!) of our styles. Each month between the 1st-5th, you will have the opportunity to be billed for a promotional VIP Credit or Skip the Month. You can skip as many times as you like, but know that you unlock our best savings with a VIP Credit!
What is Skip the Month and how do I skip?
Each month between the 1st-5th, you will have the opportunity to be billed $49.95 for a promotional VIP Credit or Skip the Month. When you visit the site during this time period, there will be a button in your account that says “Skip the Month”—follow the prompts and you will have successfully skipped the month. You can also call our customer service number at 1 (833) 224-9248 (24 hours, 7 days a week) to Skip the Month as well.
What happens if I don't Skip the Month?
If you do not Skip the Month during the 1st through the 5th of a month, you will be charged $49.95 for membership benefits. Membership benefits include access to exclusive products and a promotional VIP Credit, which unlocks the best savings when redeemed. You can hold onto the VIP Credit and use it later! Any unused VIP Credits expire after 12 months.
Are only JustFab products included my VIP membership?
No! In addition to JustFab’s full assortment of styles, products from Dream Pairs, ShoeDazzle, Bruno Marc & more are offered at exclusive VIP Pricing as part of your VIP membership.
What is a VIP Credit and what can I purchase with it?
On the 6th of each month, you'll be charged $49.95 for your exclusive membership benefits if you do not Skip the Month. These benefits include a promotional VIP Credit, which unlocks our best savings when redeemed, and access to exclusive products. VIP Credits can be redeemed for products and bundles up to $80. Don't want to be charged for the month? Visit the site between the 1st and 5th of the month, click Skip the Month and you won't be charged. Any unused promotional VIP Credits expire after 12 months.
