JustFabulous is a monthly VIP membership program that grants you access to celebrity stylists, as well as the hottest shoes and handbags. At JustFabulous, we believe that every woman deserves to wear the same fashion-forward designs as the rich and famous regardless of her social status. That's why we've combined the luxury of an intimate, upscale Boutique with the flair and sophistication of a celebrity stylist/personal shopper into one posh experience just for you.
As a member, our Style Experts will review your individual style before making item recommendations. Their selections are based on your personal fashion preferences. Each JustFabulous item is $39.95 and shipping is free. Now you can get the personalized, star treatment you deserve without the overwhelming price tag.

How does JustFabulous work? How do I join?
1. Take Our Fashion Personality Quiz
It only takes a few minutes for us to pin down your fabulous sense of style.
2. Register
After taking our Fashion Personality Quiz, you will be asked to complete your registration by entering your data, including shipping and billing information. Once you've registered with JustFabulous, our Style Experts will start reviewing your Fashion Personality Quiz responses and begin handpicking selections for you. There is no registration fee and your credit card will NOT be charged until AFTER you make your first purchase, at which point you will become a VIP Member.
3. Our Style Experts Handpick Fabulous Styles Just for You
Once your registration is finalized, you become a Registered Customer. Our team of Style Experts will create a customized collection of on-trend items just for you that will complement your existing wardrobe. Once chosen, a link to view your selected styles will be sent via email free of charge.
4. Pick A Pair
On the first of each month, you will receive an email inviting you to visit your very own Boutique to view your selections. You can pick just 1 item or as many as you please. And if you don't want to buy anything that month, you can simply select our Skip This Month option - there is no obligation to purchase. Shipping is free and returns and exchanges are a cinch. If you are not pleased with your selections, select Send Me New Options. Our stylists will reassess and send you new styles.
5. Become a JustFabulous VIP
Once you purchase your first item at JustFabulous, you become a VIP Member.
6. JustFabulous VIP Membership Program
JustFabulous is a monthly VIP membership program that grants you access to celebrity stylists, personal shoppers and runway-worth styles. Once you become an official VIP Member of JustFabulous, you will be required to decide if you want to make a purchase or Skip This Month by the 5th of the month. If you don't choose any option, then you'll be charged $39.95 on the 6th day of the month. The $39.95 includes one fabulous item, our celebrity stylists' efforts in choosing selections for you and free shipping. We know that although our members love fashion, not everyone wants a new item every month. That's why we've made it easy to skip any month. Simply visit your Boutique between the 1st and the 5th of the month and select the Skip This Month option. You won't be charged that month, and we'll still send you new options the next month. If you have a change of heart, you can visit your Boutique at any time and make a selection even after you've elected to skip the month. You can only skip the month by visiting your Boutique; at this time, customers are not able to skip the month via voicemail or email. If you are new to JustFabulous and have not made your first purchase, your credit card will not be charged and you do not need to request to skip the month. But we still recommend you take some form of action so that we know you'd like to continue receiving monthly selections.

When will I get to see the first selections in my Boutique and how will they be presented to me?
Once you have taken our Fashion Personality Quiz and completed your registration, the JustFab stylists will start reviewing your quiz responses. Within 48-72 hours you'll receive an email inviting you to log into your account to check out your Boutique. Your 6 selections along with images and descriptions of the styles will appear in the My Boutique section of your JustFabulous account. If you see an item (or items) you must have, simply follow the easy instructions to make your selection and voila! Your new pieces are on their way!

Can I return or exchange my items?
JustFabulous strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for all of our customers. That's why shipping, returns and exchanges are hassle-free. If for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can exchange it for something else or return it for a JustFab credit FREE of charge. We accept returns up to 30 days from date of shipment for items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact. Due to our fabulous pricing, we are required to charge a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned for a refund. Items exchanged for another pair or returned for a JustFab credit are not charged a restocking fee.

Can I order items from prior months?
Contact our Fashion Consultants toll free at (866) 337-0906 and they will do everything possible to provide you with items offered in previous months. If that's not possible, then they will try to find similar styles. Due to the popularity of our styles, however, availability is limited and we cannot guarantee that past items will be available.

How much is shipping?
All orders sent via standard shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge. Standard shipping usually takes 4-10 business days for delivery. Rush shipping is available for $5.95 per order. Rush shipping usually takes 2-3 days for delivery. Currently we do not ship overseas.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APOs will be charged $9.00 and typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
